Most Pros respond within a few hours and can usually book a visit within 24-48 hours. For emergencies (no water, no power, locked out) many Pros offer same-day callouts, flag urgency in your request and we'll prioritise it.

Are ProHelp Pros insured?

Accepted Answer

Insurance varies by Pro. We list public liability and CIPC/SARS registration on the profile where the Pro has shared it. Ask the Pro to confirm cover for your specific job before they start, ask the Pro to send proof before work starts.

How do I know who to trust?

Accepted Answer

Compare each Pro's profile, business details, service areas and available reviews. You can also chat with the Pro inside ProHelp before accepting a quote. An Identity verified badge means ProHelp approved their ID and proof of address.

How much does a quote cost?

Accepted Answer

Quotes are always free. ProHelp is free for customers, you only pay the Pro you choose, directly, for the work they do.

What if I'm not happy with the work?

Talk to the Pro first, most issues are sorted with a return visit. If you hit a wall, report it on your job and we'll step in. A no-show is our problem too.
